Whether you want help from square one with space planning, drawings, and full selections, or you just want a second opinion to give you confidence moving forward, we offer flexible new home design services to suit your needs.
Full Service New Build
With this option, Kresswell Interiors takes the lead on your project. We work alongside your architect and construction team to make sure every detail is accounted for. Upon approval of the layout and schematic exterior elevations, we get to work on bringing the interior to life.
From millwork to tile, every detail is a vital piece of the puzzle and worthy of our attention. We complete all interior selections based on our initial conceptual design, review samples, provide elevations, and renderings. As decisions are made, we complete a comprehensive specification list with all relevant information for your project manager and building team.
Once the build commences, our role is to support you and your builder. We schedule site visits at various stages of the build, acting as your liaison and ensuring that every detail is executed until final completion.
If interested, clients can take the design process a step further and work with us beyond the build, moving into a fully furnished and styled home.

Furniture layout suggestions during the planning phase
General design concepts for specific or all rooms (living, dining, bedrooms etc.)
Sourcing, ordering and arranging delivery of all furniture and decorative accessories
Styling (bookshelves, open kitchen shelving, coffee table, etc.)

Hourly Consultants
For those looking for a more flexible approach, Kresswell can work alongside you as hourly consultants. We offer hourly packages in 5 and 10 hour increments, giving you the flexibility to engage our experience and expertise as you need, when you need, and move forward with confidence in your build.
One Time Design Review
If you’re looking for that Kresswell touch but want to work within a tight timeframe or budget, our one time consultation package is a perfect option. Held either in home or at the Kresswell offices, one lead designer and one design associate will spend up to 1.5 hours assisting you. We can answer all of your pressing design related questions, review drawings, look at samples, or give you general advice on your new build.
This is often a very intensive session, so we prepare a comprehensive follow up to include after our session is complete. We take all of the notes for you!
